Latitude Law - Strengthening Visibility, Credibility & Inbound Demand Through Integrated PR & SEO

Impact Snapshot: April–October 2025

In spring 2025, Latitude Law partnered with Fernly and Tao Digital to build and deliver an integrated PR, SEO, and communications programme designed to strengthen the firm’s external presence, improve discoverability, and create a more consistent, higher-quality flow of inbound enquiries.

The work began at a pivotal moment. Search behaviour is shifting rapidly, with clients increasingly turning to AI-driven platforms that prioritise expertise, authority and clarity over simple keywords. By combining strategic PR, media visibility, thought leadership, technical SEO and clearer messaging, the programme has helped position Latitude Law not only for today’s search engines, but for the emerging world of AI-led legal discovery.

From the moment the programme launched in April, the firm saw a stronger rhythm of inbound enquiries, clearer engagement patterns and notable uplift across key service areas. Several months later became some of the busiest periods of the year, with higher-quality enquiries and greater demand across corporate, personal and global mobility work. This pattern was supported by a marked strengthening of the active caseload across the year, reflecting improved visibility, better conversion and a more resilient commercial pipeline.

“Working with Fernly and Tao has brought greater clarity, consistency and visibility to our brand. The integrated approach has strengthened our external profile and supported a more confident, consistent flow of inbound enquiries.”

A significant driver of this shift has been the firm’s growing external presence. Latitude Law has secured expert commentary and insight features across a range of influential national and sector publications, including MSN UK, HR Magazine, Construction News, Legal Practice Management, Supply Chain Strategy, The Carer, CLH News, BCL Legal and leading regional titles. This coverage spans industries where immigration expertise is both essential and time-sensitive, deepening Latitude Law’s recognition among HR, construction, care, hospitality, legal and corporate audiences.

Alongside this, structured SEO improvements delivered by Tao Digital have strengthened the firm’s digital authority. Enhancements to site structure, indexing, internal linking and content clarity have made the website easier for both people and AI systems to interpret. Key service pages have been refreshed and aligned to real search intent, while improved content quality and more coherent page structures have increased overall visibility and engagement. The result is a website that performs strongly in traditional search and is increasingly optimised for AI’s emerging role in how clients discover legal expertise.

Clearer messaging and sector positioning have further helped Latitude Law articulate its strengths with confidence. Updated biographies, improved service descriptions, sector-led narratives and the development of targeted propositions – from construction and HR to care, hospitality, tech and relocations – have created a more consistent and recognisable voice across every touchpoint. This approach has also supported the launch of new services, including a Spain relocation offering.

“The integrated programme has made a real difference to how we show up online and in the media. Our content is more focused, our visibility is stronger, and our messaging now feels consistent across every channel.”

Together, these activities have created a multiplier effect: more visibility, more credibility and more commercial momentum. The firm now benefits from stronger authority signals across media and search, clearer pathways from awareness to enquiry, and a more predictable flow of work across the business.

Looking ahead to 2026, Latitude Law is well placed for continued growth. The integrated programme has not only strengthened the firm’s presence today, it has built the foundations for how clients will find immigration advice in the future. As AI-driven search becomes the default pathway for individuals and businesses, firms that demonstrate expertise, consistency and thought leadership will stand out.

Through its work with Fernly and Tao Digital, Latitude Law now carries the expert signals, clarity and structured digital footprint needed to thrive in this next era of search: visible, credible and ready for what comes next.
